What I tell buyers about Erieau is to fall in love with the water, then ask the practical questions. A home between a bay and a lake comes with things to check that an inland house does not.

Erieau has Lake Erie on one side and Rondeau Bay on the other, with the pier and lighthouse at the end of the village. Summers are busy with boaters and visitors, and the off-season is quiet. Blenheim is the closest town for groceries and services, and Wheatley is the other lake town further west along the shore. For everything else on the lake side of the municipality, see the Chatham-Kent guide.
Homes here range from small cottages to year-round houses. Before you buy, ask about the shoreline, past high water, insurance, and whether a cottage is built and serviced for winter living. I help buyers get those answers. The feed on this site carries only part of the market, so let me know what you are looking for.
Erieau buyers often come from London, Windsor and further away looking for a place on the water. I make sure your listing reaches them. A home evaluation is the easy first step.
On a strip of land between Rondeau Bay and Lake Erie, south of Blenheim.
Many people do. Some properties are year-round homes and some are seasonal cottages, so check how a place is built and serviced before you buy.
Ask about the shoreline, high water history, insurance and winter use. I help with all of that. See my buyer page.
The feed here carries only part of the local market and Erieau is small. Message me and I will check for you.
